Cooler for obtaining crystals in a crucible furnace

B. Cabric and A. Janicijevic

Abstract: An air cooler (`cold key') is presented with a movable branchy Tamman test tube (`test comb') installed in a laboratory crucible furnace for regulation and simultaneous crystallization tests at different temperature gradients and crystallization rate intervals, with the purpose of obtaining crystals. This method can also be applied in tube or chamber furnaces.

Keywords: crucible furnace; crystallization; cooler.
